Build list is currently 25-30 days out. I know its hard to wait for a new LED hoop but your wait will be worth it! I take my time to make sure you get the highest quality hoop. If you are needing your hoop for a specific date, please contact me so I can be aware of your needs.
Its not too late to make changes! If you want to change up your design from what was submitted, contact me at IllumiNationSupport@gmail.com and I will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.
Exchange Program
If you are not happy with the hoop you receive or were looking for a different feel or effect, contact me and let me know. I will make the little changes you are looking for or completely rebuild your hoop! Rebuild is for an equivalent priced hoop. Upgrades can be made for the difference in price. Shipping charges both way apply for exchanges.
Warranty
Don’t Forget! I offer a 2-year warranty on production defects for each of my custom builds. All parts, pieces and components are of top quality and designed to last for years and years! If an LED burns out, I will cover shipping charges and the repair for your hoop.
Important Note: Batteries going dead before their designed end off life is not covered by the warranty. Please make sure to follow the charging instructions to maximize the life of your hoop. Batteries are designed to handle daily use (6 hour use and 6 hour recharge) for almost 3 YEARS but you have to do your part to take care of them.
Please read the instructions carefully when you receive your hoop!
