Practice hoops do not contain any lights and consist simply of the tubing and quick connect. They can be collapsed (coiled over) to make transporting easy. Each hoop gets lightly sanded before shipping.
Taping is available in a wide variety of colors and patterns.

Practice Mini Hoops
The Practice Mini hoops do not contain any lights and consist simply of the tubing and quick connects. They can be connected together to form one larger (non-lighted) hoop twice the diameter of the minis.
